Motorists driving past the Civic Center Monday may have seen the fallout from what looks like a massive isolated ice storm. The large piles of ice in the parking lot, however, were actually discarded ice from the Disney on Ice “Into the Magic” performances that ended Sunday. The ice was placed in the parking lot by a drain to melt in the sun.
