A ghoulish flying figure, broom in hand, hovers over the top balcony of a historic home at 330 Wilson Avenue Wednesday. The home, known as the Leon Locke house, was built in 1912. In addition to this flying ghoul, over 30 skeletons have overtaken the grounds of the historic home.
