A Texas family who stopped by the Lake Charles Gator Pond on N. Lakeshore Drive Tuesday, bottom right, did not leave disappointed. They spotted two alligators, one of which is seen here, a pair of turtles basking in the sun and one brave bird who didn’t seem to mind hanging out with alligators.
