The Calcasieu Parish Livestock Show and Sale is currently underway at Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles. It provides an opportunity for the youth of Calcasieu 4-H to receive recognition for their hard work in learning how to grow and care for their livestock project. Along with the livestock exhibits and shows their is also a variety of vendor booths for the public. The premier sale on the January 25, 2014 is an opportunity for the livestock exhibitors to sell their project.
