The 45th annual LSU AgCenter 4-H and FFA State Horse Show and Contest ia currently underway at Burton Colieum and last until July 12th. The 45th annual event is part of the educational project work undertaken by 4-H and FFA horse exhibitors. The purpose of the 4-H horse program is to provide young people opportunities to participate in a series of activities designed to improve citizenship, sportsmanship, horsemanship, character, competitive spirit, discipline and responsibility.
