Miller, who recently moved to Lake Charles from Fort Worth, Texas, was eager to be a part of the ÒNellie Lutcher Better BlockÓ event designed to showcase the potential of the historical area. The event opens at 10 a.m. today with a childrenÕs park, interactive murals, pop-up shops, food trucks and more.
