The Black Employee Network at the Phillips 66 Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex sponsored a Career Readiness Expo at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

The session will included discussions on what education or training is needed to become an operator, pipe-fitter, machinist or clerical worker. Persons currently in these positions were available for questions, and representatives from SOWELA Tech and Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) School were there to discuss their training programs.
