Entergy workers prepare for the worker on the far left to descend into a man hole on Ryan Street at Pujo Street Friday morning so that he can remove an underground duct cap and electrical line can be replaced. Lake Charles City Police had the southbound lane of Ryan between Pujo and Broad blocked off to vehicular traffic while work was done.
