While power was restored to downtown Lake Charles Friday morning, electrical issues were still being ironed out. Here, workers do testing at an open manhole on Ryan Street between Pujo and Broad streets. Lake Charles City Police units blocked traffic on this section of Ryan while work continued Friday.
