Louisiana State Police Troop D presented Kinder High senior Joseph “J.J.” LaFleur, 17, with a small outdoor basketball court painted in McNeese State University's colors on Saturday. The McNeese State University men's basketball team was also there to give LaFleur a certificate naming him their honorary team captain. The project was part of Troop D's Grant-A-Wish program. LaFleur was born with 49, XXXXY syndrome and is almost completely non-verbal. The basketball team, La.
