Workers set a waterline in a deeply dug ditch on Riverside Dr. Thurdsay morning. Riverside intersects with W. Sallier St. where the railroad tracks are being relocated. The old waterline at this location was too shallow for a train to pass over. This new waterline is not. Riverside Drive is accessible by Shell Beach Drive but now dead ends at Sallier Street.
