Donna Price / American PressLake Charles U.S. Army recruiters load up office equipment into the back of a pickup truck Monday morning in the Southgate Shopping Center. The recruiting office, like many other businesses in the shopping center, was severely damaged by hurricanes Laura and Delta. Until repairs are complete, the recruiting office is relocating to another spot in the shopping center. It will be at 2908 Ryan St., the former location of Catherines plus-size clothing store.
