Ava Louviere, daughter of Jessica Billieu, reacts to seeing her face painting. Little Troopers is a non-profit organization founded in 2011. The funds raised are used to help buy Christmas presents for the children of our Louisiana Military families. Thanks to all the volunteers and all donations, without everyone Little Troopers will not be where we are today.
