Carol Ann Gayle, program specialist at Historic City Hall Arts & Cultural Center, gives artist and former McNeese State University art professor Bill Iles, 80, a sneak peek at his latest exhibit, “Bill Iles: A Retrospective.” The show, which Gayle hung in the Third Floor Gallery, opens Saturday, Sept. 2 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. In conjunction with the exhibition, a gallery talk by Iles will take place Thursday, Sept. 7, at 5:30 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public. The exhibit will hang through Nov 4.
