Aquatic instructor Denise Ackley, front, leads participants in a “Get Fit With Denise” class Tuesday at the Lake Charles Ward 3 natatorium at 3210 Power Center Parkway. The 9 a.m. class, designed for all fitness levels, combines cardio and toning. A number of classes are offered at the natatorium throughout the week. The classes cost $1 for facility members and $5 for non-members who reside in Lake Charles. Prices for others are slightly more.
