Lauberge Casino Resort's Chef de Cuisine Kevin Thompson serves a favorite, Potato and Leek Soup during the Salvation Army's Seventh Annual "Empty Bowl" dinner on Tuesday night. On Tuesday, March 10, the Salvation Army will hold its seventh "Empty Bowl" dinner at L'Auberge Casino Resort. Guests will enjoy a beautiful meal which will include an array of delicious soups provided by premier chefs in the area along with salad and dessert. Each person will also receive a handmade one-of-a-king ceramic bowl designed by local artisans as a gift for helping those in need.
