Jimmy James Edward picked the coolest spot around to build box for a drainage pipe installation project on Weaver Road Monday. As temperatures climbed into the 90s, the McManus Construction worker knelt in the shade of a company pickup truck to build the box. The drainage work is being done so a sidewalk can be constructed on Weaver Road. The road is currently down to one lane from from W. McNeese Street to Country Club Road.
