Even though road construction on W. Sale Road has resulted in lots of concrete structures being temporarily deposited in this dog’s yard, the dog is not shirking its property-guarding responsibilities one bit. The dog was still watching for and barking at people passing by Wednesday evening, even though it had to look through a hole in a concrete form to see them.
